D. Rewinding system
1) Winding type: 7 groups of independent winding station pneumatic clamping winding mode, 1 driving arm and 1 auxiliary arm for each group
2) Winding width: min.350mm, max.1500mm
3) Coiling diameter: max. 650mm, maximum load bearing 600kg
4) Tension control: each winding station is 20n-120n, equipped with precision servo motor, winding tension, diameter, length
Tension decrease can be set on the touch screen
5) De static: two groups of anti static rods are respectively connected on the winding arm to achieve the function of de static.
6) Winding core: inner diameter of core is 6 '+ 0.4mm (paper core or resin tube)
7) There are 7 sets of pressure rolls and components for arm (standard 8 pressure rolls with a length of 1000mm). Single pressure rolls and double pressure rolls can be switched.
8) Arm spreader roll group 7 sets of boom spreader rolls (standard 8 pieces of 1000mm long spreader rolls)
9) Take up arm track the take up arm track is lengthened so as to reserve surplus take-up arm when cutting large specifications
